Shankar, a Chartered Accountant having more than 15 years of experience in International Tax matters, CFO consulting and regulatory matters including FEMA and RBI, working with KPMG, HP, Amazon and Herbalife India. Shankar has expertise in cross border tax planning, providing strategic business ideas, advising on financial matters, managing tax litigation and representing before regulatory authorities. He was also part of the large mergers and acquisitions, managing tax matters upto Supreme Court along with Senior Counsels.

Ramesh, by closely working with promoters, investors, board and executive management, chalked out business strategy and helped to build and grow businesses through fund raising and cross-border M&A, design right corporate structure, implement gold-standard corporate governance practices, financial and operational processes. To his credit, he has helped corporates to raise over $500 Million, acquire and integrate corporates from the US, the UK, Switzerland & India, and leading to achieve multi-billion dollar valuation.

Kalyan V Sivalenka, CFA is the Founder & MD of Springforth. He is a successful entrepreneur who established Springforth Investment Managers and Springforth Capital Advisors with a view to build a mid-market framed investment firm. Kalyan has vast experience in investments, mentoring, entrepreneurship, corporate finance, private wealth management &
I-banking, and had prior corporate experience with reputed banks like CITI, HDFC & Kotak Mahindra. Kalyan is Co-chair of Programming & Continuing Education, CFA Society India. He was pre-placement mentor for IIT-Chennai and guest lecturer at various Business Schools. He also serves on the board of Megasoft Ltd as an Independent Director and is a member of Governing Council, SRIX (an incubator from SR University).

Mary holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Karnataka Law University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from St Joseph’s College in Bangalore, India.
Sowmya, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), comes with over 15 years of experience in the field of direct and indirect taxes, statutory audits, internal audits and company law matters. She possess in-depth knowledge in the area of GST advisory, compliance and litigation. Her expertise includes handling of financial operations of Small and Medium enterprises which encompasses the entire gamut of financial and process controls, fund flow management, accounting, compliance, financial reporting and strategic advice with respect to financial matters.

Deepak Rao is a seasoned audit professional with over 20 years of expertise, notably leading regional practices at EY, PwC, BDO, and GT. He cultivated BDO Bangalore, expanding it to 250 professionals in 5 years, and oversaw a 600-member strong BDO India South India Audit practice. His international exposure spans the UK and the Middle East, enriching his insights into global standards.
His forte lies in managing IFRS transitions, SOX implementations, and steering startups, particularly in Fintech. Deepak's engagements range across Financial Services, IT/ITes, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Business Services. Notably, he directed audits for multinational banks, the UK's largest retail bank, and facilitated the IPO project for a Small Finance Bank.

He co-founded and is the Chairman at KASG Finnaissance Consulting “KASG”, a strategy and management consulting firm. He is also a Partner at Val-More Action Advisory. Prior to KASG, he was part of a well-established multi-generational large Private family office, based out of Europe.
Ashwin Hoskote, a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, is a professional with over 35 years of experience in the field of Quality, Business Excellence, Change Management, Knowledge Management and HRD in sectors like Manufacturing, Consulting, Software Services, IT and ITeS and Contact Centers. He has worked with global corporates Mahindra & Mahindra, Qimpro Consultants, Advani Oerlikon, Wipro, Mascot Systems, Philips Electronics, LG-Philips HK, Infosys, Hinduja Global Solutions.
In the corporates that he has worked for, Ashwin, by engaging closely with stakeholders, has established and led Business Excellence and quality functions, led initiatives to achieve operations excellence by establishment of benchmarking and best practices sharing, process optimization and reengineering. He has designed and implemented processes that enabled organization to get certified in various Excellence Models and ISO.
