Ramesh, a post-graduate in Corporate Law & Finance and a member of Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India, comes with 25+ years of leadership experience and operational expertise working with global corporates like LMW Group, Toyama Electric and IBS Software carrying expertise across industry verticals. Ramesh, by closely working with promoters, investors, board and executive management, chalked out business strategy and helped to build and grow businesses through fund raising and cross-border M&A, design right corporate structure, implement gold-standard corporate governance practices, financial and operational processes. To his credit, he has helped corporates to raise over $500 Million, acquire and integrate corporates from the US, the UK, Switzerland & India, and leading to achieve multi-billion dollar valuation.

Shankar, a Chartered Accountant having more than 15 years of experience in International Tax matters, CFO consulting and regulatory matters including FEMA and RBI, working with KPMG, HP, Amazon and Herbalife India. Shankar has expertise in cross border tax planning, providing strategic business ideas, advising on financial matters, managing tax litigation and representing before regulatory authorities. He was also part of the large mergers and acquisitions, managing tax matters upto Supreme Court along with Senior Counsels.

AROKIA MARY
Mary, based out of Singapore, with over 10 years’ international experience in corporate services, has a strong background in company secretarial and legal matters with special focus on corporate structuring, formation and administration of companies in India, Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and the Netherlands. During her career to date, Mary has gained extensive experience with diverse portfolios of international corporate and private clients. Mary has worked in leadership position with companies like Amicoper Group, Frist Names (IQ-EQ), WinTrust. Mary holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Karnataka Law University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from St Joseph’s College in Bangalore, India.

Sowmya, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), comes with over 15 years of experience in the field of direct and indirect taxes, statutory audits, internal audits and company law matters. She possess in-depth knowledge in the area of GST advisory, compliance and litigation. Her expertise includes handling of financial operations of Small and Medium enterprises which encompasses the entire gamut of financial and process controls, fund flow management, accounting, compliance, financial reporting and strategic advice with respect to financial matters.
LAKSHMINARAYANAN R.
Lakshmi is a Chartered Accountant having more than 10 years of experience predominantly in the field of Financial Planning and Wealth Management. He is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Wealth Manager too. Being a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets), he has expertise in executing valuation assignments for companies spanning across multiple industries including IT, Pharma, Trading, E-Commerce and much more.
DEEPAK RAO
Deepak Rao is a seasoned audit professional with over 20 years of expertise, notably leading regional practices at EY, PwC, BDO, and GT. He cultivated BDO Bangalore, expanding it to 250 professionals in 5 years, and oversaw a 600-member strong BDO India South India Audit practice. His international exposure spans the UK and the Middle East, enriching his insights into global standards.
His forte lies in managing IFRS transitions, SOX implementations, and steering startups, particularly in Fintech. Deepak's engagements range across Financial Services, IT/ITes, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Business Services. Notably, he directed audits for multinational banks, the UK's largest retail bank, and facilitated the IPO project for a Small Finance Bank.
